These Terms govern your use of TitleCruise, operated by TitleCruise, at https://titlecruise.com. By using the site or joining a waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

Please read this first: no payment is taken on this site. Some pages advertise a course at a stated price and show an "Enroll" button. Clicking that button does not charge you and does not collect any card or payment details. Instead, it adds you to a waitlist and shows an "enrollment opens soon" message. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, not an order, and not a binding commitment by you or by us.

1. What we are testing

We use these pages to gauge genuine interest in courses and tools before we build them. A stated price reflects what an offer would cost if launched, so we can measure real demand. Showing a price is not an offer to sell at that moment, and no contract of sale is formed by clicking "Enroll".

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and optional.
It means we may email you if and when the offer actually opens for enrollment, along with any launch pricing.
We may never launch a given offer. If an offer does launch, any purchase will happen later through a separate, clearly paid checkout with its own terms.
You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing support@titlecruise.com.

3. No payment and no card collection

We do not request, collect, or store payment card numbers on these landing pages. If you are ever asked for a card on a page that links from here, treat it as suspicious and contact us.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by submitting false or automated sign-ups, attempting to disrupt the service, or violating any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The content, branding, and copy on this site are owned by TitleCruise or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any advertised course will be created, launched, or offered at the price shown.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TitleCruise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Because the site takes no payment, you incur no monetary charge by using it.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves and will revise the "Last updated" date above.
