TitleCruise
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TitleCruise ("we", "us"), operating TitleCruise at https://titlecruise.com, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our landing pages or join a waitlist.
1. Who we are
TitleCruise is operated by TitleCruise. For any privacy question or request, contact us at support@titlecruise.com. For EU/UK users, you may treat this address as our point of contact for data protection matters.
2. Information we collect
- Email address, when you choose to join a waitlist.
- Usage and event data, such as page views, button clicks (for example, clicking "Enroll"), and waitlist submissions, used to measure which offers people are interested in.
- Technical data automatically provided by your browser, such as IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring URL.
- Advertising identifiers passed in links from ad platforms (for example, a click ID), used to attribute conversions.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We set a single first-party session cookie to operate the site and to deduplicate analytics events (for example, counting a unique visit). We do not sell this cookie or use it for cross-site profiling. Our advertising partners may also set or read cookies; see "Advertising and conversion tracking" below. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.
4. How we use your information
- To display landing pages and process waitlist sign-ups.
- To follow up with you about an offer you expressed interest in.
- To measure demand and the performance of our advertising, including which offers convert.
- To detect abuse, secure the service, and comply with law.
5. Advertising and conversion tracking
We run paid advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google. To measure results, we use server-side conversion tracking, including the Meta Conversions API and Google Ads conversion tracking. This means that when you take an action such as joining a waitlist, we may send a record of that event (which can include a hashed identifier such as your email, your IP address, and the action taken) from our servers to these platforms so they can attribute and optimize ad delivery. We aim to send hashed identifiers rather than raw values where supported.
6. Third parties we share data with
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (advertising and conversion measurement).
- Google LLC (advertising and conversion measurement).
- Cloudflare, Inc. (our hosting, edge network, and database provider, which processes requests on our behalf).
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with ad platforms may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state laws; see the CCPA/CPRA section for your choices.
7. International transfers
We and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers from the EU/UK rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Data retention
We keep waitlist emails until the related offer launches or until you ask us to delete them, and event/analytics data for as long as needed to evaluate demand, typically no longer than 24 months. We may retain limited records longer where required for legal or security reasons.
9. Your rights (GDPR and UK GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal bases are your consent (for the waitlist and non-essential tracking), our legitimate interests (measuring demand and securing the service), and legal obligations.
10. U.S. state privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA and similar)
If you are a California resident (or in a state with comparable law), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of anyone under 16. To exercise any of these rights, including to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising, email us at support@titlecruise.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Children
Our offers are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
